Orders can be manufactured either in full or as mulitple batches (call-offs) and delivered to site according to your build schedule. Our Customer Co-ordinator will liaise directly with you to ensure you know exactly when we can deliver and what your order status is. Any changes in build schedule should be communicated to us immediately to ensure we can meet your deadlines.

With supply only contracts, customers must off-load products from our lorries on site. Due to size and weight, certain window configurations may require mechanical (rather than manual) handling. Please refer to your order acknowledgement for individual window sizes and weights.
