A few notes from our MD
July and August has continued to see some challenges for the glazing industry as a whole with significant material shortages and price increases being a daily feature of the current world we live in. Thankfully Arden have a very robust and committed supply chain and whilst its a difficult time, we continue to plan and communicate effectively so that any impact upon our customer base is minimal.
To date everything is going out on time and in full as planned. Which is great position to be in at the moment and shows the level of strength, capability and commitment in our planning and production teams. They deserve all praise for seeing us through these difficult times.
Sales continue to be very strong and we see uptake of new customers on a weekly basis as well as returning customers whom are already converted to the understanding of buying a quality product, with a great service, at a fair price. We are a trusted brand with a high quality product, and have a market leading service to back it up.
COVID continues to impact us, though I feel we have been very fortunate in that only few of our team have taken ill and self isolations have been relatively few and far between. Though the last few weeks has been difficult with the added holiday period factored in, the staff have got their heads down and pushed through to keep things on track.
All in all things are very positive at Arden and we continue to push forward
